Rockbury 88, LLC, GRANTEE, whose current address is 2903 Life Way, Caldwell, ID 83605, the following
described real property in Ada County, Idaho, to wit:
as described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises, unto the said grantees, heirs and assigns forever.

Southeast 114 of the Southwest 114 of Section 22, Township 4 North, Range 1 West, Boise Meridian,
Ada County, Idaho, more particularly described as follows.
BEGINNING at the Northeasterly corner of Parcel P26 monumented by a found 5/8-inch rebar with cap
stamped "PLS 8575", thence South 01°27'21" East, 37.77 feet to a set 5/8-inch rebar with cap stamped
"PLS 8575";
Thence South 88°32'39" West, 96.50 feet to a set 1/2-inch rebar with cap stamped "PLS 8575";
Thence North 01°27'21" West, 34.50 feet to a found Copper Cap stamped "PLS 8575";
