BASIS OF BEARING
The Basis of Bearings for this survey was established by GPS observations, projected to the Idaho
state plane coordinate system, NAD 83 datum, West Zone. All bearings shown are on grid azimuth
and all distances shown are at ground. Refer to the drawing for the specific line and monuments
used.
CERTIFICATE OF SURVEYOR
I, Timothy J. Fox, do hereby certify that I am a Professional Land
Surveyor, licensed by the State of Idaho, and this map has been
prepared from an actual survey made on the ground under my direct
supervision, and is an accurate representation of said survey. It is in
conformity with the Corner Perpetuation and Filing Act, State of
Idaho Code 55-1601 through 55-1612 and to the Idaho Code relating
to Surveys.

NARRATIVE
The purpose of the survey was to facilitate a Property Boundary Adjustment with the Compass School property on the
west and the rural residential property on the East. The work was performed for Compass Public Charter School Inc. in
the summer of 2020 using GPS and Conventional Survey techniques.
Note:The Survey is a continuation of the work performed by Aaron Rush, PLS 12464, from when he was employed by
Fox Land Surveys Inc. A few monuments set by Aaron in 2018 and 2019 were destroyed with construction activities.
This survey reset an number of monuments previously set as noted on R8 and R10 with my monuments.
1.I found and accepted the Section Corner, three Quarter Corners and one 1/16th corner for this survey.
2.The R-o-W along W. Franklin Rd., S. Black Cat Road and W. Aviator Way was held per the record Deeds, Record of
Survey mapping and found Monumentation.
3.The west line of Parcel A, beginning at the Point of Beginning, was set using a best fit line between the found pins
along it. Reference R8.
4.The Northeast most corner of Parcel A was set at the point of entry of a found disturbed pin. Its' location
conforms with the fencing and deeds.
5.At the west end of Line 7, I held a line parallel with the east line of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 running south to the
north R-o-W of Franklin Road thus maintaining a 102.95' wide lot for the east adjoiner.
6.The Southwest corner of Parcel B (Point of Beginning) was set holding a line parallel with the east line of the SW
1/4 of the SW 1
4 beginning at the north end of Line 5. It was placed on the north side of the D4 dedication to
ACHD. I found Aaron Rush's disturbed pin in this location. It was illegible. I replaced the pin and set my cap.
7.The Southeast corner of Parcel B was set based upon the R7 record distances from the two adjoining properties
to the east and the found aluminum caps at 65'± west of the East line of the SW1/4 of the SW1/4. I set my pin
and cap.
8.I set my pins and caps at the corners common to Parcels A and B.
9.I set a number of additional pins and caps along the property lines as requested by the Client.
