The purpose of the survey was to facilitate a Property Boundary Adjustment with the Compass School property on the
west and the rural residential property onthe East. The work was performed for Compass Public Charter School Inc. in
the summer ofZO2Uusing GPSand Conventional Survey techniques.
Note: The Survey is a continuation of the work performed by Aaron Rush, PLS 12464, from when he was employed by
Fox Land Surveys Inc. A few monuments set by Aaron in 2018 and 2019 were destroyed with construction activities.
This survey reset an number of monuments previously set as noted on R8 and RIO with my monuments.
1. 1 found and accepted the Section Corner, three Quarter Corners and one 1/16th corner for this survey.
Z The R-o-W along W. Franklin Rd., S. Black Cat Road and W. Aviator Way was held per the record Deeds, Record of
Survey mapping and found K4onumentation.
3. The west line of Parcel A, beginning at the Point of Beginning, was set using a best fit line between the found pins
along it, Reference RO.
4. The Northeast most corner of Parcel A was set at the point of entry of a found disturbed pin. Its' location
conforms with the fencing and deeds.
S. At the west end of Line 7, 1 held a line parallel with the east line of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 running south to the
north R-o-W of Franklin Road thus maintaining a 102.95'wide lot for the east adjoiner.
6. The Southwest corner of Parcel B (Point of Beginning) was set holding a line parallel with the east line of the SW
l/4ofthe SVV*� beginning at the north end of Line 5. It was placed onthe north side ofthe D4dedication to
ACHD. I found Aaron Rush's disturbed pin in this location. It was illegible. I replaced the pin and set my cap.
7. The Southeast corner of Parcel B was set based upon the R7 record distances from the two adjoining properties
to the east and the found aluminum caps at 65'± west of the East line of the SWI/4 of the SWI/4. I set my pin
and cap.
