INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED Description Document Naming Convention Narrative fully describing the requested property boundary adjustment Narrative Legal description (metes and bounds) of the new property boundaries and PBA Legal Description closure sheet Recorded warranty deed for the subject property Warranty Deeds Affidavit of Legal Interest signed and notarized by the property owner (If Affidavit of Legal Interest owner is a corporation, submit a copy of the Articles of Incorporation or other evidence to show that the person signing is an authorized agent) Scaled vicinity map showing the location of the subject property Vicinity Map Existing recorded plat in which the subject property lies (8 'h" x 11") (if Recorded Plat(s) applicable) Existing Record of Surveys used and/or referenced (8 '/2" x 11") Existing ROS(s) Submit Record of Survey in pdf format submitted on a disk with the files ROS named with project name and plan type.
