Locust Grove Road marking the northwesterly corner of said parcel and the POINT OF BEGINNING; Thence along the northerly boundary of said parcel S 89057'27" E a distance of 210.54 feet to a point on the westerly right-of-way of S. Truss Place marking the northeasterly corner of said parcel; Thence along said westerly right-of-way S 0°58'27" W a distance of 95.25 feet to a point; Thence leaving said westerly right-of-way N 89°57'27" W a distance of 209.77 feet to a point on said easterly right-of-way of S.
