Dear City of Meridian Planning Department,
Ada County has purchased Parcel #R7820150060 (173 N Touchmark Way), as well as Parcel #R7820150070 (95 N
Touchmark Way). These two parcels are immediately adjacent to each other. It is Ada County’s intent to combine
these two parcels of land and construct the future Ada County Coroner’s Facility on it. Rather than combine these
parcels as a split-zoned property, the City of Meridian has requested that Ada County rezone the northern parcel to
match the C-G zoning of the southern parcel. The County has submitted a separate application for this rezoning.
This application is to combine the two separate parcels into a single C-G zoned parcel.
