NARRATIVE
This Record of Survey was prepared in conjunction with an ALTA/NSPS Survey as part of
the Clients; Ada County, due diligence. GPS Survey techniques were used.
Property pins for all corners were found in their record positions and were accepted as
such except for one; the north end of Curve 2. The corner falls in an asphalt driveway. I set a 1"
copper Cap at the location.
NOTES
1. The recording of this Record of Survey does not enable the owners of the parcels to convey
ownership based solely on this map. Awritten conveyance must accompany such change in
ownership. This Record of Survey does not serve as a legal description for the property
shown on this map.
