as follows:
Commencing at a found brass cap marking the east 1/4 corner of said Section 11, which bears
S00*35'45"E a distance of 2,648.96 feet from a found brass cap marking the northeast corner of said
Section 11, thence following the southerly line of said Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4, N89°11'12"W
a distance of 1,326.36 feet to the Center -East 1/16 corner (per Arnke Subdivision, Book 96, Pages 11840-
11842, records of Ada County, Idaho);
Thence leaving said southerly line and following the westerly line of said Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast
1/4, N00°34'25"E a distance of 37.00 feet to a set 5/8-inch rebar and being the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Thence following said westerly line, N00°34'25"E a distance of 1,222.87 feet to a found 1/2-inch rebar
on the southerly line of Ninemile Creek;
Thence leaving said westerly line and following said southerly line, S89°23'10"E a distance of 976.41 feet
to a set 5/8-inch rebar;
Thence leaving said southerly line, S00°35'45"W a distance of 130.15 feet to a found 5/8-inch rebar;
