corporate and politic of the State of Idaho, does hereby convey, release, remise and forever quit
claim unto Grantee, Joint School District No. 2, doing business as the West Ada School District, an
Idaho school district and body corporate and politic of the State of Idaho, currently of 1303 E.
Central Dr., Meridian, ID 83642, the following described premises, situated in Ada County, Idaho,
to wit:
SEE LEGAL DESCRIPTION ATTACHED HERETO AS EXHIBIT "A" WHICH
IS INCORPORATED IN FULL BY THIS REFERENCE.
