description;

thence leaving said centerline of E. Bower Street N 00057'41" E a distance of 27.50 feet to a
5/8" iron rod LS 10786 being the Southwest corner of Lot 10 Block 4 of Bower's Addition to
Meridian as filed for record in the office of the Ada County Recorder, Boise, Idaho in Book 2
