Commencing at a found Copper plug at the intersection of E. Bower Street and E. 2nd

bearing for this description; thence leaving said centerline of E. Bower Street
N00°45'38"E a distance of 27.50 feet to a 5/8" iron rod LS 10786 being the Southeast
corner of the West half of vacated E. 2nd Street; thence along the centerline of said
vacated E. 2nd street N00°45'38"E a distance of 5.50 feet to a 5/8" iron rod LS 10786
being a point on the future Northerly right-of-way of E. Bower Street also being the
TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
thence leaving said centerline and along said future Northerly right-of-way
