Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District has no comment on the above referenced application for
Conditional Use Permit for a drive-thru establishment within 300 feet of another drive-thru
facility and a residential district for Southern Springs Buildings A & B as it will not impact any
District facilities and storm retention ponds are in place.
