Nampa &Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) currently has a Land Use Change Application
on file, for the project mentioned above. NMID will withhold further comment until our
review is complete.
Please be advised the District's Creason Lateral runs through this property and has a minimum
easement of forty feet (40') total, twenty feet (20') from centerline each side. Please contact
Mack Myers with Settlers Irrigation, at 208-344-2471, P.O. Box 7571 Boise, ID 83707; for
any further comments regarding the Lemp Lateral.
All private laterals and waste ways must be protected. All municipal surface drainage must be
retained onsite. If any surface drainage leaves the site, NMID must review drainage plans.
Developer must comply with Idaho Code 31-3805.
