THE PURPOSE OF THIS SURVEY IS TO CONSOLIDATE LOT 14, BLOCK 2
OF TM CROSSING SUBDIVISION No. 2 AND LOT 15, BLOCK 2 OF TM
CROSSING SUBDIVISION No. 4 INTO PARCEL A AS SHOWN HEREON.
THIS SURVEY IS BASED UPON THE RETRACEMENT OF PLATS, SURVEYS
AND DEEDS LISTED IN THE REFERENCES HEREON AND A FIELD SURVEY
OF EXISTING MONUMENTATION. MONUMENTATION RECOVERED WAS FOUND
TO BE IN SUBSTANTIAL CONFORMANCE WITH THE RECORD.
