records of Ada County, Idaho) and Lot 15, Block 2 of TM Crossing Subdivision No. 4 (Book 119 of plats at
Page 18285, records of Ada County, Idaho) situated in a portion of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southwest
1/4 of Section 14, Township 3 North Range 1 West, B.M., City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho being
more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a 5/8-inch rebar marking the Southwest corner of said Lot 14, which bears N89°11'12"W
a distance of 388.77 feet from a 1/2-inch rebar marking the Southeast corner of said Lot 15, thence
following the westerly line of said Lot 14, N00°46'36"E a distance of 362.04 feet to a 5/8-inch rebar
marking the Northwest corner of said Lot 14;
Thence leaving said westerly line and following the northerly line of said Lot 14, S89°11'30"E a distance
of 210.34 feet to a 5/8-inch rebar marking the Northwest corner of said Lot 15;
Thence leaving the northerly line of said Lot 14 and following the northerly line of said Lot 15,
S89°11'30"E a distance of 178.61 feet to a 1/2-inch rebar marking the Northeast corner of said Lot 15;
Thence leaving said northerly line and following the easterly line of said Lot 15, S00°48'19"W a distance
of 362.08 feet to a 1/2-inch rebar marking the Southeast corner of said Lot 15;
Thence leaving said easterly line and following the southerly line of said Lot 15, N89°11'12"W a distance
of 178.25 feet to a 5/8-inch rebar marking the Southwest corner of said Lot 15;
Thence leaving the southerly line of said Lot 15 and following the southerly line of said Lot 14,
