Re: TM Crossing PBA
Dear Mr. Hood,
Enclosed is the Property Boundary Adjustment application for "TM Crossing PBA". The property consists
of 3.232 acres of land, and is located at 2512 and 2700 W. Navigator Drive Meridian, ID 83642. Details
on the existing individual properties comprising the application are as follows:

These properties are within Ada County and carry a C-G zoning designation. The attached property
boundary adjustment removes the property line between Lot 14, Block 2 of TM Crossing Subdivision No.
2 and Lot 15, Block 2 of TM Crossing Subdivision No. 4. The request is to remove the shared property
line to create a larger buildable parcel. The requested PBA does not impact any additional properties or
expand any non -conforming uses.
