My Name is Justin Bell, I am a resident of Meridian ID 83642
Regarding the proposed Centerville Subdivision, Amity RD and Hillsdale
rezoning. I am a resident and homeowner within the area and am strongly opposed
to the proposed changes to zoning to allow higher density development.
Traffic in this area is already problematic and the area would be negatively impacted by more dense development.
Amity Rd is only a two lane highway and already struggles to handle current traffic. Many sections of Amity Rd have no
ability to be expanded without significant eminent domain seizures, massive reworking, and high expenses that make it
untenable.
I urge the P&Z Commission to reject these proposed zoning changes.
