Dear Mayor, Council Members, Planning& Zoning Commissioners, and City Staff:
On behalf of myself and the Fields Subarea landholders I represent,I want to thank you for
the opportunity to participate in the Fields Subarea planning process.We specifically want to thank
Brian McClure and Caleb Hood for their long-standing commitment to the Plan and to including
stakeholders like us in the drafting process.
Since this Commission voted on September 16"to continue the public hearings on the Plan
to October 21", we have had several productive meetings with Planning Staff about the Plan. We
are supportive of the Plan as revised by that certain Memorandum RE:Response to Comments and
Additional Recommended Revisions to the Fields Subarea Plan dated October 15,2021 (the"Staff
Recommended Changes"). We want to thank staff for these Recommended Changes which we
support.
We look forward to working with the City of Meridian to realize our shared goal of making
the Fields Subarea a vibrant place to live, work, and recreate. Thank you again.
