The original approval for Secret Garden final plat was approved by the city on January 4, 2005. A one year extension was granted by staff and is to expire on January 4, 2007. I am very sorry that I failed to submit the necessary documents to complete the final platting process. I had a falling out with Pinnacle Engineers. However, it is my responsibility to see this through and I intend to do so. I am at the mercy of the council and am requesting a final time extension to complete the process. # r I believe all that is left is to submit is water/sewer easements along with shared parking cross access easements, and to finalize CC&R's that are currently in final draft form. We redeveloped this property in 2005 and have finished all necessary improvements such as parking lot, streets, sewer and landscaping improvements. However, were unable to record the final plat documents as required by the City of Meridian within the time allotment. We are currently filing for a time extension with the city. In order to comply with city code we are required to have another neighborhood meeting.
