Nampa &Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) requires a filed Land Use Change Application to review
prior to final platting as NMID has three (3) facilities that are operated and maintained within the
boundaries of this proposed project. Please contact Ellce Adams (208) 466-7861, at 1503 First Street S.
Nampa, ID, for farther information. All private laterals and ���aste ways must be protected.
The Districts Ski<.Pilot Drain courses through the south half of this project with a minimum easement
of one hundred feet (100') total, fifty feet (50') from centerline each side. The Noble Lateral courses
along the east boundary with a minimum easement of thirty feet (30') total, fifteen feet (15') from
centerline each side, The Eight Mile Lateral ends at the beginning of the Noble Lateral and has a
minimum easement of fifty .feet (50') total, twenty-five feet (25') from centerline each side; the Eight
Mile Lateral contimies through the north half of this property but is considered a private user system.
This easement must be protected. Any encroachment without a signed License Agreement and
approved plan before construction i unacceptable.
All mwTicipal surface drainage must be retained on site. If any municipal surface drainage leaves the
site, ±he T1M1D must revie�v drainage plans. Developer must comply with Idaho Code 31-3805.

RE: Land Use Change Application —Aviator Springs Subdivision
Please note the District requires three (3) sets of plans
Dear Ms. McNeill:
To obtain Nampa &Meridian Irrigation District approval for your project, Aviator Springs
Subdivision, our review process requires a completed Land Use Change Application (enclosed).
If this development includes a pressurized urban irrigation system (PUIS), please also fill out the
enclosed PUTS questionnaire. I encourage you to coordinate with the District's Water
Superintendent, Greg Curtis, on specifications for and installation of the pressure system.
If time is of the essence, I recommend paying by cashier's check, money order or cash. If
you submit a company or personal check, the application will not be processed until the check
has cleared.
