Dear Sirs:
Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District has no objections to this conditional use permit.
However, since Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District has the Ten Mile Drain on this site
with an easement of a minimum of 100 feet (50 feet from the center each way), Nampa &
Meridian Irrigation District will require a Land Use Application be filed so that we have
the opportunity to review and approve any and all encroachments.
