The two lots are part of the commercial section of the subdivision that has been annexed and, zoned L-O. - - We are' requesting a Comprehensive Plan Map Amendment on these two lots to C-N zoning to allow retail or restaurant use. There are no current applications for these uses but it seems to be a natural fit for two of the lots to be available. for these types of use to provide-. services for the surrounding residences.
