BY THE CITY COUNCIL: BIRD, BORTON, ROUNTREE, ZAREMBA
A RESOLUTION VACATING THE PUBLIC UTILITY, DRAINAGE AND
IRRIGATION EASEMENTS LOCATED ON A PORTION OF LOTS 1, 2,3 AND
4, BLOCK 2 OF STRADA BELLISSIMA SUBDIVISION NO. 1 ADJACENT TO
3015 S. MERIDIAN ROAD, LOCATED IN THE SE 1/ OF THE SE 1% OF
SECTION 24, TOWNSHIP 3 NORTH, RANGE 1 WEST, CITY OF MERIDIAN,
ADA COUNTY, STATE OF IDAHO; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, on March 27, 2007 the City Council of the City of Meridian, held a
hearing on the vacation of the public utility, drainage and irrigation easements located on
a portion of lots 1, 2, 3, and 4, block 2 of Strada Bellissima Subdivision No. 1 adjacent to
3015 S. Meridian Road, located in the SE % of the SE 1/ of Section 24, Township 3
North, Range 1 West, City of Meridian, Ada County, State of Idaho, and
WHEREAS, after such hearing, the City Council, by formal motion, did approve
said described vacation; and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, IDAHO:
Section 1. That the vacation of the public utility, drainage and irrigation
easements located on a portion of lots 1, 2, 3, and 4, block 2 of Strada Bellissima
Subdivision No. 1 adjacent to 3015 S. Meridian Road, located in the SE '/ of the SE % of
Section 24, Township 3 North, Range 1 West, City of Meridian, Ada County, State of
Idaho, is hereby vacated. Copies of the necessary relinquishments are attached as Exhibit
«A�,

Section 2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately
upon its adoption and approval.
