RE: Easement vacation at Strada Bellissima Outparcel
Dear Anna:
We are submitting this application on behalf of Evans Construction Management for Easement
Vacation on the outparcel adjacent to Strada Bellissima Subdivision. The single parcel consists of
0.43 acres, and though addressed as 3015 South Meridian Road it actually lies on West Victory Road
just west of South Meridian Road (State Highway 69).
This parcel has been annexed and rezoned to be included it the commercial section of Strada
Bellissima # 1 The commercial portion of Strada Bellissima Subdivision surrounds the parcel on three
sides. This surrounding portion of Strada Bellissima Subdivision is within the city limits and has a
zoning designation of L-O.
Prior to submitting the Preliminary Plat for Strada Bellissima Subdivision, the developer/owner of
Strada Bellissima Subdivision attempted to acquire the subject property but was unable reach an
agreement with the then owner. The parcel has since been purchased by Strada Bellissima, LLC and
we are in the process of incorporating this parcel into the site layout of the commercial portion of
Strada Bellissima Subdivision. Since the outparcel is to be part of the entire subdivision, there is no
need for the easements going around the subdivision.
