Dear Brad,
am forwarding this Letter as requested by Amanda Alvaro, Quasar Development, LLC.
regarding construction status of the private Signorella Lane in the Sageland Subdivision project
located at Locust Grove and Victory Roads.
With the exception of un-completed landscaping, gate installation, and grasscrete paver section,
construction of Signorella Lane has been completed, see attached photos. Based on available
information and to the best of my knowledge, Signorella Lane has been constructed according
to the approved Plans and Specifications.
As required, the street finish grade at centerline is designed at least 36 inches above highest
known ground water based on the geotechnical investigations performed by the firm Materials
Testing and Inspection, lnc.
