HomeMy WebLinkAboutNarrative September 24, 2021 Project No.: 18-140 Ms. Sonya Allen Community Development City of Meridian 33 East Broadway Avenue, Suite 102 Meridian, ID 83642 RE: Prescott Ridge – Meridian, ID Property Boundary Adjustment Application Dear Ms. Allen: On behalf of Prescott Ridge Properties and Providence Properties, we are pleased to submit the attached application and required supplements for a property boundary adjustment request for four parcels. The subject properties are identified as parcel numbers S0428211102, R6991222101, R6991222210 and S0428233640. The properties are located within the Prescott Ridge Subdivision boundary, south of Chinden and approximately 1,800’ east of McDermott Road. We propose to reconfigure the property boundaries of the parcels noted above to reflect the ownership and reconfiguration of parcels as development commences. As proposed in the attached record of survey, four legal parcel lines will be shifted to accommodate changes in parcel configuration to result in four parcels. The proposed property boundary adjustment will not reduce any property size below the minimum dimensional requirement for the C-G, R-15 or R-8 zoning districts and will not change the total number of properties.
