This is a staff level approval of a short plat for Sparrowhawk Condos. Ada County Highway District staff
has previously approved this site within the Sparrowhawk Subdivision. There are no new site specific
requirements at this time due to the fact that all street improvements exist.
The applicant will be required to pay all applicable platting and review fees prior to final approval.
