To Whom It May Concern:
This letter is written to accompany the Annexation Application for the Church of Jesus
Christ of Latter -Day Saints (LDS Church) property located at 5555 North Locust Grove
Road. The applicant requests that the 14.69 acre property be annexed into the City of
Meridian with an LO zone.
The applicant is requesting annexation to comply with the "Agreement for hookup to the
City of Meridian's sewer/water system outside the city limits" Instrument No.
106096022, Ada County records. Water and sewer service is already provided by the City
of Meridian.
