Environmental Health and Emergency Preparedness of Central District Health Department reviewed and does approve the final plat on this subdivision for central water and part nt has
sewer facilities. Final approval was given May 31, 2006.
Sanitary restrictions as required by Idaho Code, Title 50, Chapter 13 have been satisfied
on the State of Idaho, Department of Environmental Quality based
Plans and specifications and the conditions imposed on the developerQ for approval of the design
satisfaction of the sanitary restrictions. Buyer is cautioned that at the time oftth s approval,,
drinking water or sewer facilities were constructed. Building construction can be allwed no
with appropriate building permits if drinking water or sewer facilities have since be

constructed or if the developer is simultaneously constructing those facilities. If the developer
