To Whom it May Concern:
This letter is to provide certification for Gander Creek North Subdivision No. 2 that all street
finished centerline elevations are set a minimum of three (3) feet above the highest established
groundwater elevations. This information is based on a Site Consulting, LLC geotechnical report
dated March 7,2019 as well as a groundwater update reports dated July 24,2019,August 16,2019,
September 12, 2019 and October 23, 2019.
