A parcel of land being a portion of Lots 33 and 35 in Block 12 of The Meridian Greens — Unit No.
3, recorded in Book 65 of Plats at Pages 6462-6466, Records of Ada County and a lying in the
Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 19, Township 3 North, Range 1 East of
the Boise Meridian, City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, being more particularly described as
follows:
BEGINNING at the found % inch iron pin with plastic cap labeled PLS 4431 at the northeast
corner of said Lot 33;
Thence along the southwest right-of-way of S. Abaco Way, along a curve to the left 64.82 feet,
