A parcel of land being a portion of Lots 33 and 35 in Block 12 of The Meridian Greens— Unit No. 3,
recorded in Book 65 of Plats at Pages 6462-6466, Records of Ada County and a lying in the Northeast
Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 19, Township 3 North, Range 1 East of the Boise Meridian,
City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the found % inch iron pin with plastic cap labeled PLS 4431 at the northwest corner of
said Lot 33;
Thence N 65" 40' 54" E along the line common to Lots 33 and 32 in Block 12 for a distance of 37.46 feet
to a set 5/8" inch iron pin with a 2 inch aluminum cap stamped PLS 11463;
Thence S 27' 43' 17" E for a distance of 55.13 feet to a set 5/8" inch iron pin with a 2 inch aluminum cap
stamped PLS 11463;
Thence S 38.45' 48" E for a distance of 64.99 feet to a set 1-1/4 inch magnetic copper cap in concrete
