A parcel of land being a portion of Lots 33 and 35 in Block 12 of The Meridian Greens — Unit No.
3, recorded in Book 65 of Plats at Pages 6462-6466, Records of Ada County and a lying in the
Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 19, Township 3 North, Range 1 East of
the Boise Meridian, City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, being more particularly described as
follows:
BEGINNING at the found % inch iron pin with plastic cap labeled PLS 4431 at the northwest
corner of said Lot 33;
Thence N 65' 40' 54" E along the line common to Lots 33 and 32 in Block 12 for a distance of
37.46 feet to a set 5/8th inch iron pin with a 2 inch aluminum cap stamped PLS 11463;
Thence S 27' 43' 17" E for a distance of 55.13 feet to a set 5/8th inch iron pin with a 2 inch
aluminum cap stamped PLS 11463;
Thence S 38* 45' 48" E for a distance of 64.99 feet to a set 1-1/4 inch magnetic copper cap in
concrete (stamped PLS 11463) at the corner common to Lots 33, 34 and 35 in Block 12;
Thence S 36* 41' 55" E along the line common to Lots 34 and 35 in Block 12 for a distance of
150.00 feet to a found % inch iron pin upon which a plastic cap labeled PLS 11463 was placed;
Thence S 53' 20' 07" W along the northwesterly right-of-way of S. Andros Way for a distance of
12.22 feet to a found % inch iron pin with a plastic cap labeled PLS 4431;
Thence, continuing, along a curve to the left 72.41 feet, said curve having a radius of 150.00
feet, a central angle of 27' 39' 24" and a long chord bearing S 39' 32' 24" W a distance of 71.71
feet to a found % inch iron pin with a plastic cap labeled PLS 4431 at the southwest corner of
Lot 35;
Thence N 51' 48' 23" W along the line common to Lots 35 and 36 in Block 12 for a distance of
173.13 feet to the corner common to Lots 33, 35 and 36, said corner referenced by a set 5/8th
inch iron pin with a 2 inch aluminum cap stamped PLS 11463 which bears N 53` 20' 33" E a
distance of 1.00 feet;
Thence N 00' 30' 14" E along the west line of Lot 33 for a distance 40 F ��
of 159.87 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. p
