This survey was tentatively approved by City of Meridian
PBA-2021-0006 on July 1, 2021. In accord with UDC 11-613-8C.2 deeds
must be recorded and new tax parcel numbers assigned within one
year.
The purpose of this survey is to adjust the lot lines to accommodate for
a different Townhome configuration than what was platted. The lines
between Lots 37 thru 39 were changed. New monuments were set, and
the old monuments were removed.
