Hi Wendy,
A traffic impact study is not required for this development.
I recommend private roads for this development. The developer should coordinate with the development to the north
or west for access to Aviator. The access on Franklin Road may be required to be temporary until access to Aviator is
available for the site.
Thanks,
Paige Bankhead, E.I.

Hi Paige,
We are submitting as preliminary plat and annexation application for a 30 lot subdivision in Meridian. Can you send me
a confirmation that a TIS won't be needed?
Thanks!
