For comments regarding the modification to the Oakmore Subdivision development agreement scheduled for October 5,
2021:
I oppose any modification that would rezone the current R4 or R8 to a higher-density residential zone (i.e. R15). Along
with this, I oppose any modification to the agreement which would expand any current acreage for R15 or development of
more R15 zoned areas within the Oakmore Subdivision. Allowing more R15 zoned areas or expansion of R15 will impact
the already overcrowded schools in the area.
