Final Plat: Messina Meadows-applicant requests to leave the to-mile Feeder open.
Outstanding Issues before Council: Decision to tile must be approved by Council. We have a revised staff
report with one modified condition of approval. "32.c. If the City Council waives the requirement to
cover the Ten-Mile canal (UDC 11-3A-6A3a) then the landscape plan needs to reflect the landscaping
requirements of the NMID and fencing standards for linear open space products as listed in UDC 11-3A-
7A7 and UDC 11-3A-6Bl."

Project: North Meridian Area Plan (continued public hearing)
Hearing was continued in order to acceptadditional testimony from ACHD and to allow response to that
testimony.
Outstanding Issue(s) for City Council: At the first public hearing, staff presented numerous outstanding
issues. Subsequent written and verbal testimony present additional issues. ACHD has also raised
additional issues. We have combined these in one list for your reference.
