If the City Council waives the requirement to cover the Ten-Mile canal (UDC 11-3A-6A3a) then the landscape plan needs to reflect the landscaping requirements of the NMID and fencing standards for linear open space products as listed in UDC 11-3A- 7A7 and UDC 11-3A-6Bl."
