This narrative fully describes the request of Teton Timber Designs LLC to operate at 5826 S Cubola Way,
Meridian, ID 83642.
• Number of customers at any one time: There will not be more than one customer at this
property, 5826 S Cubola Way, Meridian, ID 83642 at any given time. Teton Timber Designs LLC is
an online business and therefore will not have a steady flow of customers at this location. Most
items will be shipped out via mail.
• Employees: There will not be any employees other than myself, Travis Gilliam, who is the owner
of this property.
• Square footage of the area being used for the home occupation: Approximately 200 square
feet will be used by Teton Timber Designs LLC to conduct its operation. The residence is 2,304
square feet of living space with an approximately 1200 square feet of garage space.
• Number of parking stalls: The driveway of 5826 S Cubola Way, Meridian, ID 83642 has three
available parking stalls in the driveway located on the west side of the property. These parking
stalls will not be filled with any vehicles on a regular basis other than the vehicles already
belonging to the property that are primarily stored inside the garage.
• Hours of operation: Teton Timber Designs LLC is primarily an online business. Hours of
operation with be between the hours of 9:00am to 4:00pm. Hours of operation will vary
between theses hours and will only operate a few hours a week Monday through Friday.
• Type of use proposed: Teton Timber Designs LLC is a primarily online business selling small
handcrafted household items such as cutting boards, charcuterie boards, end tables, and coffee
tables.
