Hello Mayor and City Counsel members.
My name is Erin Russell, homeowner at 612 S Woodhaven Ave, Meridian, ID 83642.
I am writing to comment on changes proposed by Babcock Design for the Andorra subdivision, Office building and
Memory Care facility along Wells and Magic View.
I know the removal of an entrance off of Magic View is intended to curtail some of the traffic through Woodbridge,
however, it seems that it will just move it over a street. I do not believe it will alleviate any traffic increase.
The developer is willing to build further out from the western property line, this is a definite improvement. The addition
of two car garages and driveways (that can accommodate two vehicles) along with additional parking are improvements.
Willingness and cooperation to install No Parking signs along Magic View is a positive.
The addition of larger trees along the western property line is a positive.
The lack of addressing traffic concerns, the use of the office building make me very weary of having this development
placed directly behind my home.
