Dear Council Members,
I live at 714 S Woodhaven in the Woodbridge Subdivision. I have seen the changes that the developer is willing to
include in the development agreement. As I appreciate the changes, I am still concerned about the amount of traffic
that this development will add to our community. I can’t see how changing the entrance to Wells will really stop those
that want to get to Locust Grove from using our community as a pass through.
I am also concerned about a the three story building, that it be a memory care & assisted living facility and not a multi
family complex.
My property is one that is on the fence lIne and I have been told that the city does not allow two fences next to each
other. Who wins that battle, do I get to keep my fence?
Do I end up with a new fence that does not match existing fence on both sides of my backyard?
I also do not trust this developer to stand by what he says he’ll do. I therefore ask that the changes be added to the
development agreement along with the three story building be that of an assisted living/memory care facility .
