Thank you for the staff report.
Please clarify what the document referenced in #6 looks like. Do you have an example from another project? This is
very unusual and not something I’ve seen before.
Also, the ACHD staff report requires additional documentation before they’ll approve the emergency access along the
pedestrian pathway.
Please revise condition number 2.c: Mr. Bongiorno previously stated that 15’ was preferred but could go to 12’. Please
revise the condition to reference 15’ instead of 20’ and add (or as approved by Meridian Fire and ACHD)…
