I am a home owner 637 So. Woodhaven. Moved here December 2012. I am shocked that Planning and Zoning city
office approved the the 3 requests without
details plans from the Babcock Design team regarding the assisted living MEMORY CARE Facility and memory care
facility. At last months meeting that
ended around 10:15 pm, there is no discussion about the office building complex.
It appeared to me that the developer was most interested in cramming in 61 building lots and 8 common lots since
apparently that would yield the highest return on his investment. With all that land available to develop for a gated
community (housing only? ) not stipulated .;I would hope that an office building which would generate lots of traffic
(assumption on in my opinion) would be referred back to Planning and Zoning to review. I truly appreciate all the
