Good afternoon Mayor and City council members,
I am writing in regards to the changes that were made to the Wells st assisted living/Andorra
subdivsion. I am a resident of the Woodbridge subdivision, and my home backs up to the proposed subdivision.
Although some of the changes made were favorable, such as the no parking signs on Magic View st, and the relocated
entrance to the subdivision moved to Wells St., I am still very much concerned this development will have on the traffic
to this area as it is still not restricted to 55+. I am also still not okay with 2 story housing with windows facing into my
backyard. I would like to see no windows placed on the west side of the 2nd story of the homes. I still believe the best
option for this area would be medical offices, or 55+ only, as this will have less of an impact on our already broken traffic
pattern through our neighborhood. Thank you for your time.
