Please ensure the “restrict setbacks to houses backing up to Woodbridge to 27’ for 2-story & 17’ for partial
single story” is included in the Development Agreement
Please ensure Class II trees “will be provided for a screen between Wells/Woodhaven homes” is included in
the Development Agreement
Please ensure 955 S Wells 3 story assisted living/memory care unit is stated in the development agreement
intended for this use to not allow change to housing/apartment units instead
Please ask what “future 2 story office building (8960 sq. ft.) is intended for? This will have a negative impact on
traffic through Woodbridge as well.
