Joe, I spoke with Jon and the plan for emergency access is shown in the graphic below: 2 We will construct a drive aisle (in orange) to get emergency access vehicles out to the existing access road along Franklin. The access road will get emergency vehicles to the existing curb cut along Franklin. The curb cut is labeled as TM Benchmark Road and is currently in the construction plan review stage to be constructed as a collector roadway. We’ll will comply with any requirements you may have in regards to the access road, and we’d meet those requirements prior to C of O. Let me know if you have any questions.
