I thought after the last go around the Oasis was killed.
It really should be. Parking WILL be an #1 issue for other tenants. Noise and
traffic WILL be #2 and #3 issues. There are many other business' that can
fold into that location w/o it being a noisy nightclub. They should NOT have
so much clout as to sway the city council with their proposed $$.. There are
other issues. In the past you talked about developing the Downtown District.
A nightclub would be more appropriate in that condition. You would have a
nighttime venue to draw people downtown and not disturb existing
neighborhoods.
