This is part of the process outlined in City Code. The applicant has requested City Council reconsider their decision. It is
not a public hearing and no new information is permitted to be considered from the applicant or the public. The
Council will discuss, on the record, their decision and determine if there were any deficiencies in the process. They will
then either uphold their decision, modify it, or re-start the application process.

Good afternoon
I just heard that Oasis is back on the agenda tonight. I guess I don’t understand this process, I thought he was denied?
This bothers me on so many different levels. I feel like we ( the people who live in the neighborhood) should of known
that he was continuing his appeals. I have attend the most of the meetings/and spoke out. I respect the counsels
decisions. I was impressed with how educated you were about the controversy. Im surprised that he thinks anything
could change your minds on this location. I recently saw a conversation he had on Facebook that stated the max
capacity was 1000 people again this goes back to the parking and the size of the building. I don’t understand why this is
back on the table? This guy changes his narrative to fit whatever he thinks people want to hear please do not let Brian
Shing get away with this!
