The only issue we have with the Conditions of Approval pertains to Site Specific Condition 5: S. All fencing installed on the site must be in compliance with UDC 11-3A-6 and 11-3A-7. Temporary construction fencing to contain debris shall be instailed at the subdivision boundary where permanent fencing does not exist or construction debris shall be regularly removed in accordance with an approved trash management agreement Perimeter fencing shall be installed prior to release of building permits for this subdivision. Point One: Inasmuch as Brighton has a trash management agreement in place, and construction materials and debris is regularly removed, we request that the red -letters, portion of the condition be deleted ;r that the underlined portion be addeca. Point Two: Paramount 16 lots are all interior to the project and individual lot fencing is at the option of the homeowner, hence, we request that the last, "blue -lettered" sentence be deleted.
