Dear City of Meridian,
This CZC application is for a small single story, 1,500 SF office building in Meridian, ID. The address is 1083 S
Well St., Meridian ID, 83642. The project is in an existing commercial office park on a small parcel
surrounded by existing driveways and parking. This project will add 12 new parking stalls to the community
and 3 bicycle stalls. New sidewalks will be installing around the entire perimeter of the building.
The building will have stucco and wood lap siding exterior walls. The roof will have a flat section with sloped
metal roofing over the entry.
As mentioned, this project is located on a very small parcel, and I hope the design is pleasing to you. We
have explored may options and feel this is the best solution.
There is minimal landscaping on this project, so I have not hired a Landscape Architect yet. I will provide
detailed landscaping plans with the building permit application. I hope this is acceptable to you.
Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
