Dear Chris:
Nampa &Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) currently has a Land Use Change Application
on file and issued its approval letter dated June 23, 2021. If there are any changes to the
approval plans dated June 15, 2021, we will require another Land Use Change application and
full review of its plans.
The District's Kennedy Lateral courses along the north boundary of this property with a
minimum easement of fifty five feet (55') total, twenty feet (20') left and thirty five feet (35')
right from centerline; facing downstream.
All private laterals and waste ways must be protected. All municipal surface drainage must be
retained onsiLe. If any surface drainage leaves the site, NMID must review drainage plans.
Developer must comply with Idaho Code 31-3805.
